About Unicycle Mayhem
Balance is the first weapon. Two ragdoll shooters wobble atop single-wheel unicycles over a floor built from destructible tiles, and the win condition is beautifully cruel: you do not have to hit your rival at all, just the ground beneath them. Every shot that lands chews another tile out of the platform, and the first fighter left standing over open air takes the long way down. First to five drops loses the war.
The shooting therefore works on two levels. Direct hits knock your opponent's aim and composure, but the patient player aims low — carving the floor out from under the wobbler instead of the wobbler. Meanwhile the unicycle never stops being a challenge: micro-corrections keep you upright while you line up shots, and nothing exposes a shaky hand like being one tile from the void with a loaded gun and no floor to back onto.
Solo players get the same demolition against the computer, but the local two-player duel is the reason this exists — a five-round grudge match of collapsing platforms, ridiculous recoveries and instant rematches. The arena shrinks as it breaks, the endgame gets sweatier, and the phrase ‘watch your step’ has never been more literal.
How to play
| Desktop | Solo: move with A and D or the left and right arrows and shoot with space. Two players: player one moves with A and D and fires with G, player two moves with the arrows and fires with L. |
|---|---|
| Mobile | On-screen buttons handle movement and firing for both players on a shared screen. |
Tips & tricks
- Aim at the tiles under the wheels, not the rider — gravity does the damage for free.
- Feint a direct shot to make them dodge, then put the real one through the floor where they land.
- Make balance corrections in tiny taps; big corrections on a unicycle are how falls start.
- Keep a tile or two in reserve behind you — backing into nothing is the most common self-own.
- As the platform shrinks, stop trading shots and start sniping supports from your intact corner.
