About Pet Trainer Duel

Pet Trainer Duel asks the question nobody else was brave enough to ask: what if the fluffiest cats on the internet also happened to be the roundest? You play the trainer in charge of whipping these adorable butterballs into shape, guiding them along exercise platforms toward the one machine they dread — the final weigh-in scale.

Movement is everything. Your cat only makes progress when you steer it purposefully along the track, collecting the healthy route and dodging the snacks that undo all that hard work. In solo mode you manage the whole fitness program yourself; in two-player mode the gym splits in two and a friend races you to produce the fitter cat, which turns a wholesome workout into a surprisingly heated rivalry.

The comedy writes itself — cats waddle, bounce and occasionally give up entirely — but underneath the fur is a real competitive loop: better steering lines and quicker reactions produce a better number on the scale. Train well, beat your friend's feline, and earn the right to call yourself the least useless pet trainer in town.

How to play

Desktop Steer with the left and right arrow keys, or A and D — each trainer moves their cat along its own platform lane.
Mobile Touch controls put left and right buttons under your thumbs for on-the-go cat cardio.

Tips & tricks

  1. Keep the cat moving at all times; standing still burns nothing and the scale remembers.
  2. In two-player mode, watch your rival's lane — mirroring a good line is legal and shameless.
  3. Aim for the center of the platform; edges slow the cat and cost you momentum.
  4. Consistency beats sprints. A steady pace to the scale weighs in lighter than a frantic dash.

FAQ

Is this a racing game or a fitness game?
It is a race where the finish line is a weighing scale — the trainer who keeps their cat most active produces the lighter cat and wins.
Can two people play on one computer?
Yes — the screen splits into two trainer lanes with separate keys, so you and a friend can compete cat versus cat.
What actually decides the winner?
The final weigh-in. The number on the scale reflects how much exercise your cat got on the way there.
