About Pixeled Smash Duel

Pixeled Smash Duel is a sumo match where both wrestlers brought guns. Two chunky pixel fighters balance on a floating platform, each armed with a weapon that only fires on release, and the win condition is gloriously undignified: blast your opponent off the edge before gravity does the same to you. First to five knockouts closes out the match.

The genius is in the two-button tension. Holding your button raises the weapon and charges the moment; letting go fires it — so every shot is also a commitment, and hovering with your weapon up leaves you开放 to being bumped mid-aim. Jumping dodges incoming fire but costs you footing on a platform that offers no rails, no corners and no mercy. The result is a duel of fake-outs: bait a shot, jump the muzzle flash, and shove your reloading rival toward the void.

Face the CPU to learn the rhythm, then hand over the second set of keys and watch a friendly evening turn into a trash-talk tournament. Rounds last seconds, comebacks take one lucky shot, and nobody ever remembers who won — only which knockout was funniest.

How to play

Desktop Hold your fire button to raise the weapon and release it to shoot; jump on a separate key to dodge — two players share the keyboard, or one fights the CPU.
Mobile Touch and hold to aim, release to fire, and tap the jump button to leap clear of incoming shots.

Tips & tricks

  1. Your shot only fires on release — pre-aim at where your opponent will be, not where they are.
  2. Jumping while an enemy holds their weapon up baits an early, inaccurate shot.
  3. Platform edges are the real battlefield: control the center and shove outward.
  4. At 4-4, play the fake-out game — the first confident shot often loses the match.

FAQ

How does the shooting work?
Hold to raise your weapon, release to fire — the delay between the two is where all the mind games live.
How do you win a match?
Knock your opponent off the platform five times before they do the same to you.
Is there a single-player option?
Yes — you can duel the CPU, though the game is at its rowdiest with a friend on the other keys.
